| This was our first location of the week
and we were scattered around the moor behind Loch Drumrunie waiting
for the sun to peep out from behind some persistent cloud. The
wind seemed to be moving at great speed at cloud level but did
not seem to have much effect where we wanted it. It never got
round to shine on Stac Pollaidh but it did grace us with a bit
of light on the corner of Cul Beag. A welcome consolation prize.
As the week progressed we were to see a great deal of Stac Pollaidh.
It tantalised us with its changing shape but, from this angle,
there is no difficulty in identification.
