I was on the way to the waterfront at Swansea one morning and saw these lovely rays streaming out of the clouds and just hoped that they would hold for ten minutes. I was just lucky. In the background the rays are picking out the smoke and steam from industrial Port Talbot, a great consumer of energy, and then you have the turbine, the sun and the sea - all three representing our hopes for renewable energy generation
