Its been quite a while now since I first started the Wennol website. It ran for just over two years until February 2002 and its purpose was to provide an exchange for learners of the Welsh language. They were encouraged to submit stories and articles according to their abilities and this resulted in a monthly web publication for other Welsh learners to read.

It flourished and there were readers and contributors from all over the world. It amazed me and I felt very heartened that the Welsh language was still alive and kicking.

It had to come to an end due to personal circumstances but I did miss it. So, when I decided to resurrect the website as a window for my photography and, what I hope people to consider, amusing ride reports I thought I would dig out the articles which I wrote for the original Wennol and republish them.

But if you don't understand Welsh then the pages beyond this will also remain beyond you.
